Calling all Dads… PLEASE come to our FATHER’S DAY Celebration
in Kindergarten Tuesday, May 31st!
AM Kinder will have their session from 8:30-9:15 and PM Kinder will
celebrate with their dads from 11:45-12:30. We understand that this is may be inconvenient for most of
you. If you are able to come in, please
be prepared to be celebrated by more than just your own child as many of the
kids will not have their own dads here to play with. We will be making kites,
paper airplanes, building with blocks, playing with Play-Doh, cars, drawing…
All the fun things daddies usually like to do with their kids. Sorry dads, no massages and nail painting at
this event.
·
Writing—During our last
month of Kindergarten, we want everyone to think about all of the previous
writing jobs we’ve had and try to incorporate DIFFERENT things to write
about! Our job in May is to use number
words in our writing. Our goal
is to have the kids choose one topic and elaborate on it, really
describing it.
